Located just two minutes from the Pusztaszabolcs–Iváncsa–Adony exit of the M6 motorway, and only a 4-5 minute drive from the Iváncsa battery factory, the Cikola Inn offers upscale accommodation. The building was handed over in 2023, it is now owned by a project company (Cikola Inn Ltd.), which has no other ownership or activities. The company’s registered inital capital is 30 million HUF. Eszter Vass, with significant experience in the tourism industry, serves as both the managing director and operator of the accommodation. Additionally, she manages the Bikavölgyi Motel in Agárd. To ensure cost-effective operations, maintenance staff and chambermaids share their duties with Bikavölgyi Motel in Agárd.
The ground floor of the two-story building features an industrial kitchen suitable for cooking, with all the necessary permits. During the few months, when Korean workers were residing there (while working on the Iváncsa factory constructio) only heating and serving of delivered food took place. The dining area includes six four-person tables, a serving table, and a corner sink. The hall is furnished with armchairs and coffee tables, with separate male and female restrooms accessible from there.
Five rooms open onto the corridor, two of which are spacious VIP suites, furnished with sofas and coffee tables. Additionally, there are 12 more rooms on the upper floor.
All rooms are double occupancy and uniformly furnished with air conditioning, smart TVs, refrigerators, wardrobes, a table, and two chairs. Each room has its own bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror, cabinet, sink, and towel dryer.
The laundry room on the ground floor is equipped with two washing machines and two dryers for the guests to use.
The building is equipped with a security camera system and a fire alarm system. Heating is provided by air conditioning until -5 degrees Celsius, after which the system automatically switches to gas heating.
The surrounding area includes parking spaces and well-maintained grassy areas. Access to the premises is possible after registering with the gate opening system by phone.
Additional services requested by previous tenants include daily room and full building cleaning, daily towel replacement, and weekly bed linen change.
The project company financed the investment partially through owners’ equity, member loans, and very favorable bank loans. The investment included the purchase of the original plot, construction of the new building, complete furnishing (except for certain parts of the kitchen and dining area, everything is brand new), landscaping, fence construction, parking lot development, firewater tank installation, etc.
